The Carolina GM Association, in conjunction with Hendrick
Motorsports, will host the 15th Annual Christmas for Kids Car
& Truck Show on Saturday, November 18th 2017. Proceeds will
benefit the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children in
Greenville, S.C. The car show will be held at the Hendrick
Motorsports Complex located at 4400 Papa Joe Hendrick Blvd.,
Charlotte, N.C.This event is open to all makes, models and years of Cars,
Trucks & Motorcycles. There are typically around 400 cars on
display at this event. Registration is from 8:00 AM till Noon
and awards begin at 2:00 PM The entry fee is $20.00 per car.
All proceeds are used to purchase toys which will be delivered
to the Shriners Hospital in Greenville, S.C.
The Shriners Hospitals for Children is a network of 22
pediatric hospitals providing specialized care for orthopedic,
burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate, all at
no charge to the families who receive their services.
The scenic 90 acre Hendrick Complex is located just before you
reach the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The complex is home to the
#24 Car driven by Chase Elliot, #88 Car driven by Dale
Earnhardt Jr., #48 Car driven by Jimmy Johnson and #5 Car
driven by Casey Kahne. The complex includes a 15,000 square
foot Museum as well as a Team Store which are open during the
show.
The Carolina GM Association is dedicated to the restoration
and preservation of all GM Cars & Trucks. The club is
affiliated with the Association of Chevrolet Enthusiasts. Our
club participates in events through the year including both
Spring & Fall Auto Fairs at the Charlotte Motor Speed Way,
along with assisting several local church car shows that also
raise money for needy children and families throughout central
North Carolina.
